Victorian sterling silver stamp box, made by Frank W. Smith Silver Co. Inc. of Gardner, Mass. circa 1890.  The box is decorated with a stylized shell motif on the cover and is gadroon-edge trimmed on both the top and bottom, with a gold washed interior.
