Two vintage car trophies, made in, or for the Canadian market, circa 1960s.  Both trophies feature a pair of Canadian beavers on plinths at the base.  A trophy for Hot Rod Drag Racing, or perhaps a corporate recognition for a car dealership or top salesperson.

Left:  Green metallic column with a copper spiral.  The car is silver toned and the beavers are gold toned, on a white Carrara Italian marble base.  The original paper label for the marble base is intact.

13 1/2” (34.3cm) high, 5 1/2” (14cm) by 3 1/2” (8.9cm) at the base.

Right:  Silver toned car, column and beavers with a blue metal central band, on a black stone vase.  

9 3/4” (24.8cm) high, 6” (15.2cm) by 2 1/2” (6.3cm) at the base.
