Vintage Ercuis silver plate fish service, “Lauriers” pattern. The set is comprised of a fish serving fork and knife and 6 each of the place setting fish forks and knives. The fish serving fork is 9 1/4” (23.5cm) long. The fish serving knife is 11 7/8” (30.2cm) long. The place setting fish fork is 7” (17.8cm) long. The place setting fish knife is 8 1/4” (21cm) long. $895 for the set. Ercuis was established in 1867 in Ercuis, France, to produce ecclesiastical silver. By 1880 they had opened a boutique in Paris to market flatware, hollow ware and decorative items. Ercuis is known for high quality workmanship and is still in business today.
