Product Description

The dogs are fully three dimensional and are resting against a  yellow and blue draped cloth that is spilling out of the jardiniere.  The hand painted floral sprays on the basket are all bright with no loss to the paint.  There is a chip on one ear of the grey dog, otherwise the figure is in good condition.

The trademark is a Meissen crossed sword mark.  Germany, late 19th century.

7 1/2” (19cm) high, 8” (20cm) diameter.
