Edwardian era silver plate and ebony handled salad servers, American, circa 1900-10.  The salad servers were made by Wilcox Silver Plate Co. of Meriden, Connecticut for Superior Silver Co. / Middletown Silver Plate.

The servers are in good and usable condition.
