Product Description

WMF (Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik) silver plate and cut crystal pedestal dish, German, circa 1920-25.  Rising from the simple base are four squared columns that contain a crystal column, which in turn supports the crystal top that is decorated with a cross-hatched pattern.  The overall effect is that of machine age modern; a Bauhaus influenced design.
