Vintage Wyeth cobalt blue glass eyewash solution bottle with an eye wash cup stopper, circa 1920/30’s.  The eye wash cup is impressed with WYETH on both sides.  John Wyeth & Brother Incorporated was founded in Philadelphia, PA in 1860.  Circa 1911 Wyeth started selling a variety of eye baths which were also bottle closures.

The rubberized stopper base states:
