Featuring three old European cut diamonds, est. 0.40cts. (VS clarity, G - H colour).

As well as 20 old European cut diamonds, est. 0.61cts. (SI clarity, G - H - I colour).

And 4 trilliant cut blue sapphires, est. 0.16cts. (LI clarity, Dark Blue colour).

The ring is size 5.75 (5 3/4) and can be sized.
