Antique Copeland Spode blue and white earthenware crescent salad plates, circa 1882. The pattern is a chinoiserie inspired pattern with added detail in the gilded border. The plates were made exclusively for John Mortlock Company (retailers), Oxford Street, London, established in 1746.
