A beatuiful vintage style 18kt yellow gold with silver top mill grain ring, circa 1990, that features 1 oval faceted cut deep intense reddish orange citrine, est 2.01ct; 2 rose cut diamonds, est. 0.09ct (I1 clarity: H-I colour) and a further 58 rose cut diamonds, est. 0.60ct (SI-I1 clarity: H-I colour). It is currently size 7 and can be sized.
