Art Nouveau fantastical figural coffee pot.  Unmarked, likely Austrian, circa 1890-1900.

The body is hand painted and gilded, decorated with floral motifs.

The handle is an elephant head and trunk.  The spout has two aquatic dolphin type sea creatures.  The lid finial is another dolphin type creature.

There is restoration to the lid.

On the base there is an impressed number 327 and a painted number 138.

8” (20cm) across the handle to spout.

6 1/4” (16cm) wide.

14 1/2” (37cm) high.
