English Art Deco silver plate double inkwell and stand.  This type of ink well/stand is often referred to as a partners desk set as there is no front and back to the design, and there are pen rests on both sides.  

Manufactured by Robert Pringle & Sons Ltd, London, circa 1930.

The ink pot covers and the stand are engraved “M.C.”

One of the inkwells has an internal crack.  Wear consistent with age and use.

10 1/2” (26.5cm) by 7 1/2” (19cm), 4” (10cm) high.
