Fulvio Bianconi Glass Vase, Designed for Cenedese, Pezzato Bullicante Technique

Fulvio Bianconi Cenedese Murano glass vase, made using the Pezzato Bullicante technique, circa 1979-80.  Pezzato (spotted or patchwork) refers to the colour patches of teal and cranberry and bullicante is the pattern of controlled air bubbles within the teal patches.  Etched Cenedese signature on the bottom.

Fulvio Bianconi (died 1996) designed for Cenedese as well as Venini and Vistosi.

12 3/4” (32.3cm) high, 7 3/8” (18.4cm) diameter at the rim.
