One 18 karat yellow gold Victorial tassel brooch. The round ribbon motif brooch is set with ten citrines (1.51 carats) and twelve rose cut diamonds (0.09 carats: SI-I1 clarity: H-I colour).  The brooch has a royal blue enamel center.
