A wonderful vintage 18kt yellow gold and a silver top ring that features mill grain shoulders; 3 oval faceted medium intense green emeralds, est. 0.38ct and 22 round brilliant cut diamonds, est. 0.37ct (SI1 clarity: M-N colour). It is currently size 7.75 (7 3/4) and can be sized.
