A beautiful vintage custom made platinum and 18kt white gold brooch in the shape of the initial "M" that  features 25 single cut diamonds, est. 0.88ct (VS-SI clarity: H-I colour). It is approx 0.75 (3/4) inch or 1.91cm wide x 0.75 (3/4) inch or 1.91cm long. This piece could be converted into a pendant.
