14kt yellow gold with a silver top ring which has i bezel-set, oval cabochon ruby, approx. 6.49ct (colour HI & colour dark red with a purple hue); 4 bezel-set, round canochon rubies, approx.  0.27ct (clarity MI & colour drak red with a purple hue) and 48 bead-set, rose cut diamonds, approx. 0.28ct. (clarity SI-I1 & J-K-L).

It is size 7.75 (7 3/4)  and because of the interesting gold loops that are on the exterior of the shank it may not be able to be sized.
