A beautiful vintage 18kt yellow gold "snake" ring featuring 74 square and trilliant cut medium intense pinkish red rubies, est. 3.28ct, 10 round brilliant cut diamonds, est. 0.15ct (VS clarity & G-H colour) and 2 round cabochon deep blue sapphire, est. 0.41ct. It is currently size 5.75 ( 5 3/4) slightly loose and can not be sized larger but possibly sized to fit slightly smaller.
