Antique English sterling silver cased carriage clock, hallmarked Birmingham 1899.  From the silversmith shop of Henry Matthews of Vittoria Street, Birmingham.

3 1/2” (8.9cm) high with the handle up, 2” (5.1cm) by 1 3/4” (4.5cm).
