A stunning Victorian 9kt yellow gold booch, approx. 48mm in diameter with pin stem, a locking clasp and a fold-down bale that turns the brooch into a pendant.  It is set with 24 oval to round faceted pink sapphires, est. 2.00ct; 17 round and oval cabochon chrysoberyl greenish cat's-eye, est 3.50ct and 8 round faceted colourless synthetic sapphire, approx 2.0mm each.
