Product Description

Victorian Royal Crown Derby dessert service, decorated with wild flowers, butterflies and dragonflies.  The set is hand painted and gilded on an ivory background.  The service is comprised of 2 tall pedestal dishes, 3 short pedestal dishes and 10 plates.  One plate is restored.  All 15 pieces have different vignettes.  The Derby back stamps date 14 of the pieces to 1885 and one for 1886.

The pedestals are 9 1/4” (23.5cm) diameter.

The taller pedestals are 4 1/2” (11.5cm) high.

The shorter pedestals are 2 1/4” (5.5cm) high.

The plates are 9” (23cm) diameter.
