A beautiful 14kt yellow and white vintage ring with 1 emerald cut light intense blue aquamarine, est. 7.34ct and 6 round brilliant cut diamonds,est. 0.72ct (clarity: VS & H - I - J colour). With the attached "spring" ring, it currently sizes to 5.75 (5 3/4). Without the spring ring, it would be size 7. The ring can be further sized larger or smaller. It weighs 8.1 grams.
