A beautiful vintage 18kt. yellow and white mill grain engagement ring featuring 1 old European cut diamond, est. 0.23ct. (SI1 clarity & H - I colour)

46 single cut diamonds, est. 0.58cts. (SI - I1 clarity & H - I colour) and 10 tapered baguette deep pinkish red rubies, est. 0.46cts.

The rubies exhibit signs of wear. It is currently size 4.75 (4 3/4) and can be sized. The approximate weight of the ring is 4.7 grams.
