A stunning vintage 18kt white gold mill grain, engraved and openwork ring, c.1930's, featuring 1 round brilliant cut diamond, est. 0.52ct. (clarity: VS2 & G - H colour) and 2 straight baguette synthetic, (typical of that era), deep blue sapphires, est. 0.32cts. (lightly included). The ring is currently size 10.25 (10 1/4) and can be sized. It weighs 5.2 grams.
