A beautiful vintage 14kt rose gold and silver top heart shaped pendant suspended from a 14kt rose gold station chain, approx 16 inches or 40.64cm in length. 

The pendant is set with 2 old European cut diamonds, est. 0.21ct (clarity:SI2-I1 & J-K colour) and 73 round brilliant cut diamonds, est. 0.98ct (clarity:I1 & I-J-K colour). 

The pendant is approx. 7/8" (2.22cm) long x 7/8" (2.22cm) widest.

The total weight of the chain and pendant is approx. 8.1 grams.
