A stunning vintage 14kt white gold ring, circa 1950's, featuring 3 round faceted cut medium intense pink sapphires, est. 1.61ct; 10 round brilliant cut diamonds, est. 0.37ct (clarity: VS-SI & H-I colour) and 6 straight baguette diamonds, est. 0.30ct (clarity: VS & H-I colour). It is currently sized to 4.25 (4 1/4) with an attached "spring ring". This can be removed and the ring sized to fit.
