Vintage Sapphire and Diamond Cluster Ring

A beautiful vintage 14kt yellow and white split shank ring featuring 1 oval faceted cut dark blue sapphire, est. 1.42ct and surrounded by 12 single cut diamonds, est. 0.36ct (VS clarity & G-H colour) and 16 round brilliant cut diamonds, est. 0.32ct (VS clarity & G-H colour). With the two attached "sizing balls", it currently measures 5.5 (5 1/2). These balls can be removed and the ring sized several sizes, either larger or smaller.
