A beautiful vintage 18kt. white gold mill grain ring featuring one oval cabochon pale powdery blue six ray star sapphire weighing approximately 3.00ct.

There are also 14 round brilliant cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.32cts. (clarity:SI & H-I-J colour)

It is further set with six single cut diamonds,  weighing approximately 0.06cts. (clarity:SI1 & H-I colour).
