A wonderful vintage 18kt yellow gold stylized serpent ring featuring 2 round faceted cut synthetic deep intense red rubies, est. 0.03ct; 31 rose cut diamonds, est. 0.15ct (clarity:SI-I1 & L-M colour) and 15 round cabochon medium powdery bluish green chrysophrases, approx. 1.0-1.1mm, with one 3.5mm round cabochon chrysoprase in its mouth.
