One antique-style 18 karat yellow gold and silver top ring. One bezel-set, oval facetted cut ruby (0.60carats: MI clarity: Medium Red colour). Ten bezel-set, rose cut diamonds (0.30carats: SI-I1 clarity: J-K colour. The ring has scalloped edges framing the diamonds in blue enamel.
