Gio Ponti Inspired Pampaloni Sterling Silver Ring Tray

Vintage sterling silver ring tray / holder by Pampaloni, designed “a’pres” (after) Gio Ponti, circa 1980.  Gio Ponti (1891-1979) was a prolific architect and designer in 20th century Italian Modernism; continuing to be an influence in household design.  Pampaloni is an Italian silversmith and retailer established in 1902 in Florence, Italy;  still producing luxury table and giftware.

The ring tray / dish features a two dimensional horse head handle.
